My initial specialization was in the development and improvement of cereal-based products. Trained in Quality Systems Management, I obtained my first professional experience in an ice-cream company.
After honing my English language skills, practicing endless writing, and studying digital marketing, I finally create Foodensity, a blog entirely focused on an obsession called fine chocolate.
Besides attracting the first attention of chocolate brands as a consultant and that of magazine editors as a writing contributor, I also like to provide deep insights and accurate information about other foods and ingredients complementary to chocolate, such as edible nuts and oilseeds.
